PG1-4.2 Turntable

The Blackline PG1 is a precision, belt-drive turntable with advanced audio technology and contemporary features. Designed to cosmetically and sonically match the existing Blackline range of products, PG1 allows listeners to appreciate the sound of analogue audio. The inclusion of a switchable phono stage allows customers to connect directly to amplifiers or add a separate phono stage such as our PH1 which will offer a further sound upgrade.

The high-torque DC motor ensures a stable and consistent platter rotation and the plinth material has been designed to absorb unwanted resonances. PG1 also has Bluetooth connectivity and will connect easily with the Blackline v40 amplifier and other Bluetooth enabled devices.

Blue Aura’s design philosophy of offering customers stylish and innovative sound solutions continues with Blue 1.

There are plenty of ways to listen to your favourite music with this compact, yet elegant “all in one hi-fi system”.

Stream music wirelessly from smartphones and tablets by Bluetooth and even connect wirelessly to Bluetooth enabled turntables such as our PG1.

Tune in to your favourite FM stations, or the digital standard DAB+ with higher sound definition.

Alternatively, you can listen to your catalogue of CDs with the high-quality inbuilt CD player.

We have even included a port to allow music files stored on a USB stick to be played.

Improve the sound of your TV, Media player or gaming consoles by using the optical cable connection, one of two Digital inputs available on Blue 1.

A powered subwoofer can be connected to Blue 1 to enhance lower frequencies.

A headphone socket is located on the front of the Blue 1 to allow you to enjoy your music without disturbing others.

Blue 1 has been designed to deliver the precise and clean sound traditionally associated with Blue Aura products.

Functioning as the heart of your hi-fi system, Blue 1 provides a plethora of ways of listening to your music.

With intuitive controls on both the Blue1 front panel and the remote control, the system can be navigated with confidence and ease.

Listen to your stored music by connecting smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth, making it easy for you, your friends and family to stream your favourite music. Bluetooth compatible headphones can also be connected wirelessly.

Turntables with onboard phono- preamplifier can be connected to Blue1 by phono (RCA) cable or via Bluetooth; freeing up inputs on the Blue 1 and allowing greater flexibility with equipment positioning.

Despite the huge growth in music streaming, CD still offers quality and convenience.
The high-quality CD drive has a precision laser unit that will bring out the best of your digital audio discs.

With a front-mounted USB interface, you can easily plug in a memory stick for playback of your stored music files. Playable formats; MP3, WMA and MPEG.
This port can also be used for charging your smartphone.

DAB digital radio offers exceptionally high-detail digital-quality sound and a huge array of content, Blue 1 can store up to 40 preset stations on each band; DAB+ and FM.

Two Digital inputs are available for direct connection of TV’s, gaming consoles and Blu-ray players. To enrich the overall sound a subwoofer can be added.

A turntable can be connected to one of the 2 RCA Audio outputs but may require a phono-stage (phono – preamplifier) Check your turntable specifications.

An active subwoofer can be connected to extend low frequencies.

ps32 loudspeakers

ps32 are powerful, compact bookshelf loudspeakers, ideal for main listening or home theatre surround loudspeakers.

The cabinet finish is a smooth flat, matt black giving the ps32 a traditional look.
The loudspeakers can be stand or bookshelf mounted and a pad is fitted to the base to help minimize vibrations.
High quality, gold plated binding posts with thumb nuts are fitted to ensure the loudspeaker connection cable is held securely, whilst ensuring the signal path from the amplifier to the filter network located inside the cabinet meets the least possible resistance.

ps32 are passive loudspeakers meaning they need to be connected to an amplifier.

Premium components have been used to ensure ps32 deliver a natural and room-filling sound. The soft dome tweeter gives a high level of detail while the paper coned drivers and precisely optimised filter network give a smooth, linear frequency response.

Cabinet construction is audio grade MDF wood, developed to reduce cabinet resonances.

ps32’s are a two way, bass-reflex design with the bass reflex port situated on the back of the cabinet adding emphasis to the low frequencies.

Gold plated 4mm binding posts, allow for plugs or wire connection.

The listening position can be further optimised by adding the optional SP2 desk stands, sold separately.

Optional SP2 Speaker Stands

The SP2 loudspeaker stands enable optimised positioning of your loudspeakers.
Angling the loudspeaker upwards allows you to fully experience a wider range of frequencies, improving the overall listening experience.

The stands are constructed of medium-density fibreboard which helps to absorb vibrations.
The inclined installation reduces reflections on reverberant surfaces.
