How do you deliver?
We deliver through Evri & Parcelforce courier services.
How often do you ship orders?
We send your items out every evening from Monday-Friday. Please bare in mind that if you order after 1pm, it will not be processed until the following working day.
I ordered from you, but my package hasn't arrived when I thought it should have, who can I contact?
We're sorry to hear that. Although your package should be there on the date you expect, it's always best to wait a couple days longer in case the delivery processor is taking it's time. After that, please contact email@example.com, and we will chase this up for you.
Again, if you order after 3pm, the order will not be processed until the following working day.
I have ordered a mix of new releases with pre-orders, will they be sent separately? / Something was missing from my order.
Orders placed for multiple items including Pre-Orders will be consolidated to the date the final item can be shipped.
If you haven't ordered a pre-order and was expecting more items than have arrived, please let us know, and we will chase this up for you.
I selected pick up in shop, but would like to change this to delivery, who can I contact?
That's no problem at all, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will change this for you.
Do you participate in Record Store Day?
Yes we do! We participate in Record Store Day every year, we'll update the site with more information sooner to the event. Record Store Day 2019 is taking place on the 13th April, you can find more information about it on the Record Store Day website, here.
Are you able to order in a record I am looking for?
Of course! Come into the shop to ask or send us an email and we will try to locate it for you. We can only do this for New Vinyl, as Used Vinyl is dependent on what we have brought in to us.
