Reliant are a four piece from Wokingham and Reading. Their music has been described as powerfully punchy and foot stompingly catchy.

The band is made up of Alex Daniels on guitar, Steven Vennard on lead vocals, Adam Lee on bass and James Farrelly on drums.

Forming in 2017, Reliant got down to putting some material together and played their first gig in 2018 for Hupcap Promotions, and haven’t looked back since. Finding themselves in demand Reliant have played some sell out shows, and made a lot of friends and followers along the way.

Reliant released their first tracks in 2019. A double A side of When She Goes and Zombie Eyes. This got them invited to record a Pyramid Live Session for Jack Twiner at Pyramid Studios. Their latest track, Antisocial, has become their fastest growing song so far and always goes down well at their live shows.

As well as interest from BBC Introducing Berkshire, Reliant found their music growing in popularity on radio stations in Germany, California, Canada and all the way down in Australia. But closer to home, Reliant were nominated for Best Independent Band in the Radio Wigwam Awards 2020, coming in as runners up. A massive and unexpected honour.
